What I do.

I sit between technical execution and customer experience — turning discovery into PRDs, designing how AI shows up inside the product, and prioritising the roadmap so the right things ship first. Today I lead product for a global lighting client (Signify) at Tech Mahindra; previously I drove enterprise CXM and CCaaS for Deutsche Telekom, Walmart, and LG at Sprinklr.

My happy place is the messy middle — gap analysis, impact assessment, routing logic, agent-facing UX, and the prompt design that makes an in-system GPT-4 actually deterministic. I'm currently pursuing an Executive MBA at IIM Indore alongside the day job.

Leading product for a global lighting client. Designed the call-wrap UX so agents capture critical data without cognitive overload. Evaluated a third-party tool and recommended against the license — a $150/month saving. Engineered prompts for in-system GPT-4 so the output stays deterministic enough to ship.

Sprinklr India (B2B SaaS & CCaaS)

Sr. Product Consultant Gurugram Aug 2022 – Apr 2026
