Who I Am

I'm a product-focused consultant with a track record of leading enterprise B2B SaaS and CCaaS deployments for some of the world's largest brands — Deutsche Telekom, Walmart, Pfizer, and LG.

My work sits at the intersection of customer discovery, product requirements, and go-live execution. I collaborate closely with Product & Engineering teams to shape feature behaviour, close product gaps, conduct impact analysis, and drive adoption at scale.

Having worked across multiple release cycles as a bridge between customers and product teams, I'm now making a deliberate transition into Product Management — where I can contribute to discovery, problem validation, and roadmap strategy at a higher level of ownership.
